A new standard in accidental manufacturing.

Foundry is our distributed industrial network: large, quiet buildings that turn raw materials, renewable power and good intentions into happenstances at a rate the planet can feel.
Every part is light enough to carry by hand and made on a few simple machines that anyone can learn. There are no cranes, no cast foundations and no secret drawings: each line is published as a manual, so anyone can build their own Foundry.
Lines in operation
| Line | Domain | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Line 1 | Tide | 2,400 / yr |
| Line 2 | Soil | 6,100 / yr |
| Line 3 | Sky | 3,800 / yr |

Water
Rain off our own roofs, run through hoses we can mend ourselves. Process water goes back to the river cleaner than it came, and we publish the readings.

Stone
Only from places that were already broken: spoil heaps, demolition and old quays. Anything we cut is cut so it can be put back.

Seed
Collected locally by the persons who live there, paid fairly, and released only where it was gathered. No patented stock, ever.
